I've been in touch with my cousin Charles (the little one in this photo) and we've exchanged some interesting email. During the course of conversation I mentioned this picture so here it is.
Charlie, maybe this was taken in Metuchen. I'm quite sure you weren't yet 2 years old.
Charlie says, according to his mother, this maybe have been taken in Elizabeth, NJ.. Possibly "Weequake" park. I am unsure of that spelling but can remember going to that park as a child.
